Add this app to your home screen

Adding this app to your home screen will make it easier to access.

iPhone
When on the app's page:

Tap the share button on the browser’s toolbar - that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. It’s on the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the "Add to Home Screen" icon in the share menu. (You may need to scroll down a bit to find this option.)
You’ll be prompted to name the shortcut before tapping the "Add" button.
The app icon should now be on your home screen.
Make sure your phone's browser is not in Private mode. Your browser's address bar should be a light grey, NOT a dark grey. If it is a dark grey, click the Private button at the bottom of your screen to unselect it.
Make sure your phone's browser is not blocking cookies. Check and change this if needed here: Settings > Safari > Block All Cookies > Off (not green)

Android
When on the app's page:

Tap the menu button - that's the three dots in upper right hand or lower right hand corner. (Depending on your Android version, you may need to click a House icon first.)
Tap "Add to Home Screen".
You’ll be able to name the shortcut before tapping the "Add" button.
The app icon should now be on your home screen.
Make sure your phone's browser is not in Private mode. Your browser's address bar should be a light grey, NOT a dark grey. If it is a dark grey, open a new tab.
Make sure your phone's browser is not blocking cookies. Check and change this if needed by opening Chrome, then: More menu > Settings > Site settings > Cookies > On
